New Long Range Tornado Outlook Graphic

I am going to begin experimenting with my own long range tornado forecasts. These will include scenarios with higher uncertainty than would outlooks from the Storm Prediction Center. This will allow for longer range outlooks in some cases. In addition, the Storm Prediction Center's outlooks do not include a tornado outlook beyond day 1.
