The low at Bisbee-Douglas Airport yesterday morning was 0, breaking the record of 11 set in 1955, and tying the 2nd lowest all-time. The low this morning was 11. In New Mexico, 30,000 homes are
without natural gas.
A storm hit the Gulf Coast with significant ice accumulations yesterday, including
Brownsville and

This is the same storm which hit Dallas with snow, and the same day that
ice slid off of Cowboys Stadium and
injured 7 people.
